Darth Pineapple Update #7

A few days ago, yesterday actually, Ewan and I made an app for Darth Pineapple that you can use on you're smart-phones. We did it on http://www.widgetbox.com/ if you would like to make you're own. It gives you the posts on our blog, 
(www.darthpineapple.blogspot.com) a two answer question about the Darth Pineapple comic, a few photos of Darth Pineapple the character and the company workers, and also our school on "google-maps" for the people who don't know where we are. Unfortunately, anyone who wants the app after the permitted time will not be able to access it.

A few days ago, it was Christmas and I was really excited to open my presents; I got a lot of cool ones such as: the "Wii Balance Board" to go with my Wii, the Lego Star Wars "Clone Turbo Tank" set (it has over one thousand peices)!, the big "ATAT Walker," again, Lego Star Wars; and then I got some cookies and treats in my stocking. There was also a present that I wanted to return to the store so I still have one more undecided present. To summarize this post, this was one of, if not the best Christmas ever.

Darth Pineapple Update #6

The Darth Pineapple Holiday Sales is a hit! We have sold comics to people in and out of the school. We will be hard at work for the holiday break if sales keep on staying at the same rate. The waiting list for Darth Pineapple is over three pages of loose-leaf paper and it is going on four. It will be like our own holiday, we could call it Darthmas or something that costumers will be able to keep in there mind and say “Oh boy, Darthmas is the annual holiday for Darth Pineapple, I think I’ll go check it out!” Anyway, we will be doing something for the holidays related to Darth Pineapple.

Darth Pineapple Update #5

The Darth Pineapple Industry is in the process of making T-shirts with the Darth Pineapple logo on it. We originally were going to put the logo that we wanted on the T-shirts and then mail them to a website that would make them for us, but then we realized that it was way too expensive. So now we are just going to go to Rite Aid or somewhere like that, where they will make these iron-on pads with the logo of our choice so we can iron the pads onto blank T-shirts so it is more efficient and cheaper. There are going to be so many Darth Pineapple products that I am afraid that we will not be able to finish all of them.

Darth Pineapple Update #4

The time has come, introducing.....drum-roll please.....Darth Pineapple Episode IV!!!!! We are finally selling Darth Pineapple comics! And they are as legible as can be (BIG achievement for us). We are ready to sell, and again we thank the people on the waiting list for being patient for the long month of preparation that felt like a million years. Finished at last, now we can only hope that the other five episodes do not take as long as the first one has. (The first one always takes the longest, right? I hope so). I have to run, bye.

Darth Pineapple Update #3

Darth Pineapple is now going to try a simpler way of editing our comic. Now we are just going to enlarge the product so people can read it, instead of having to scan it in and type in the words. So we will start selling on Monday, Tuesday latest (if one of us is absent). I, and the other members of Darth Pineapple are eager to start selling the first episode and there should not be any more delays. We thank the people on the waiting list for being patient.

Darth Pineapple Update #2

Today was supposed to be the first sales day of Darth Pineapple Episode IV but the current product is unreadable! So, we are going to make straight lines with a ruler for the individual comic cells and scan the pages into the computer so we can re-type the words so it is neater. It also did not help for Daniel to be absent for four days in a row, (Mon.-Thur.) which put us behind schedule. We are still not sure when we will actually be selling them; but in the mean time, I'll keep you posted.

Happy Hanukkah!!!

Happy Hanukkah! (I think that is how you spell it). Today is the second day of Hanukkah and yesterday I had latkes for dinner. I also played dreidel with my Dad and I got a lot of "money," (We used Scrabble pieces instead of money) and we had a lot of fun. In school today, we had an awesome Hanukkah party where we made potato latkes, (Cathy and Sharon put us hard to work by making us peel the potatoes), played endless games of dreidel, read some Hanukkah books and ate our delicious homemade latkes. So, to conclude this post, I can say that today was amazing!!!

Darth Pineapple

Darth Pineapple is a comic that Daniel, Ewan, Jacob and I have made up. It is basically a re-take of Star Wars, but all of the characters are foods. For example: Darth Pineapple instead of Darth Vader. And Obi-Wan Canolli instead of Obi-Wan Kenobi. If you are interested in buying one, tell Ewan and he will send it to you as fast as he can.

My Birthday!!!

A few days ago I turned 10. I have reached "double digits" as my parents would say. My actual birthday was on Thursday November 4th but my party was on Saturday November 6th. I got a lot of cool presents such as: the Lego Star Wars, General Grevious Starfighter, Risk, Paper Airplane Launcher, Spy Gear, Lego Watch, Wipeout on Wii, The Jedi Path, and a lot more!!! So, I have to say that I had a really cool birthday.

Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Halloween!!!!!! I am so excited for Halloween. I hope I get a lot of candy and junk. I will be able to stay up late and I will be all hyper from all of the sugar. My parents are not too happy about this Halloween because I will have a lot of sugar and I'll be able to stay up late, but I will make them follow along. Hope you have a great Halloween!!!!!!

Feeling Under The Weather

When I woke up this morning I had bad stomach cramps and it really hurt. It felt like my stomach had tied itself up into a knot. My body felt horrible, the cramp went in and out, in and out. I was in a lot of pain and had to miss school. Now I feel better and am well enough to publish this post.

My Dad's Cool New Fish

To the left and right are some pictures of a new fish that my Dad just received. It is called a Spotted Mandarin Goby. What makes this fish so special is that it is one of the first hundred of this species to be bred in captivity.

 This is so important because 1) The fish is more likely to survive because it was raised in captivity. 2) Because they don't have to take from the wild, it is better for the environment.

The Guest Blogger Helped A Lot

I think that the guest blogger helped a lot and told us a lot of cool facts. I would never know that over 100,000,000 people are on blogger. I think that it was really nice of him to come in and talk about blogging.

Math Unit 1

I think that math unit one went pretty well. I think that my goals were a little to easy so I will pick harder ones in unit two. I understood the rectangular arrays and thought that the rest went smoothly. Over all I think that math unit one went really well.

My prediction is that Minli will succeed in her adventure to find the Old Man of the Moon on top of Never Ending Mountain. I also think that the way the dragon called "Dragon" was born is a little weird.

My Summer Vacation in Europe

 My Mom, my Dad and I went on a plane over seas to Europe. Once we landed in London, England, I took my first step on European ground. We took the "Tube" (that is their version of the subway) from Heathrow to our friends house where we would be staying in London. The next day, we took a bus tour of London and saw what we would be doing tomorrow. After that, we went back to the house had dinner and went to bed. The next day we did what we saw the day before: we climbed up Saint Paul's, rode on a boat on the Thames, I went to the Prime Meridian, and I rode the London Eye. That day was really tiring, I slept well that night. Then we took a plane to Berlin, Germany and saw my Uncle, we went to the Bode Museum (my uncle is the director of the Museum). After we went to Berlin, we flew to another part of Germany called Nurnberg where we met up with my Grandparents. We hung out there and then took a plane back to America. And that is my story of me going to Europe!!!!!!!!!!!
